The absolute best! Stephen covered down on everything I couldn’t attended due to me being out of state. Without hesitation he would ensure he made the 1.5 hour drive to be at the property. He guided me through every step including home inspection, appraisal, and offer negotiation. His work got me a 5k buy down on closing cost an inspection that severely lowered my insurance, and most of all a property that I am very happy to call home.
